“I’m a United States Marine Corps veteran. I served as an infantryman. When i left the Marines I was homeless and had no direction and I was losing my friends to suicide almost monthly. I was in a dark place. I bought an RV with the little disability money i received from the VA. My older brother turned me onto FPV quadcopters, little by little i acquired everything i needed to fly. I began engaging my brain while also participating in a hobby that brought me the adrenaline rush i had become so used to in the Marine Corps. 3 years later I’m now living a normal life, married with two dogs, working, and going to school to be a machanical engineer. If not for FPV i shutter to think where i would be right now.”
