“Well to start off I am a paraplegic for most of my years limited to my wheelchair, since I have gotten into remote aircraft it has allowed me to see the world in ways that few can and now feel free from the burden of just being in my wheelchair it has allowed me to explore places that I wouldn’t have been able to otherwise it has brought stress relief joy and excitement to a life hasnt felt that way for the majority of it, I honestly dont know what I would be doing or where I would be if I didnt have this hobby to turn to and keep me focused on something that is just hitting the streets, the hobby has kept me from harm’s and troubles that before it have come to me, life wouldn’t be pleasant for me if I lost the ability to fly.”
