“I fly with my little brother mostly in the field behind our house. I have loved flying FPV ever since I discovered the hobby about a year ago. I would hate to see it die. The regulations and remote ID should not apply to hobbyists. I am willing to register myself and the aircraft I fly but, sharing personal info and my location to the public is unreasonable. The flying fields are not a compromise. I would hate to have to share a small field with many other people and it would even be impossible for some types of aircraft to even use. Part of the fun of flying is going to new locations and seeing new things. I want to be able to fly around my house and my yard. Not drive possibly hours to an open field somewhere that’s crowded with people.”
