“Okay I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and flying racing drones via FPV has giving me the ability to experience some things I never thought possible. Foremost the feeling of adrenaline that only comes from speed; due to my disease I’m incapable from getting out of my chair which has excluded me from experiences such as riding motorcycles and ATVs. Lastly it has gave me a way to keep active, due to my inability to work, flying has been a way for me to keep my hands limber and helped prevent contractors, it has also allowed me to go out and meet people and keep social. Overall flying has been a very important part of my life and I hope it continues to be for many years to come.”
