“I’m the lead developer for the EmuFlight racing drone software. My hobby became my passion, then my passion became my profession. Flying drones isn’t just a hobby, its my job. Flying has become so much to me. It has pushed me into pursuing an electrical engineering degree. It has taught me how to code. It has taught me about composites. It has taught me aerodynamics. It has taught me electronics. There is so much that I have been able to learn because of my RC hobby. I would be deeply saddened to see the hobby ruined because of commercial interests.”
