“Since I can’t afford to fly a full sized plane, fpv gives me the sensation of flight at a reasonable cost. FYI – I’ve been flying remote controlled aircraft on and off for over 40 years. If these regulations are approved, I should just put together a kit airplane (experimental) and pilot it. Because there would be less restrictions on a full sized aircraft than a small remote controlled aircraft. There is also the privacy issue with the proposed remote ID. Mostly, you can’t prevent a hacker from getting the data or even modifying it. That means, an innocent person could easily be wrongly accused of something.
