“I love to fly low and slow. I find peace when I’m on the sticks. Living with chronic illness it is hard for me to enjoy a lot of things in life but flying clears my head and brings a huge smile to my face. This is a hobby that goes back further than manned flight itself. To see it under attack is sad and frightening. The people I have met in this hobby are some of the greatest humans I have ever met. People that will drop what they are doing to help educate and inform new pilots. And that’s the greatest part, in this hobby there is competition but when it comes to flying safe everyone pitches in to educate.”
