“I have been flying multirotors all over the country for close to a decade, for recreational, commercial and educational purposes. Having worked with some of the largest drone programs in the country it has been amazing to see the application of my favorite technology be applied to many beneficial methods. I fear that under these new regulations that too many opportunities to apply these technologies will be missed. I worry that educational opportunities will be prevented, robbing us of the next generation of aviation innovators. And finally I dread the loss of a wholesome and amazing pastime for all of us due to unfounded fears and greedy corporations. The burden of mitigating shortcomings of unfinished technology should be placed upon those who wish to implement it, not the general public.”
