“RC Aircraft have been relatively trouble free since it’s incarnation. The majority of concerns in recent times come from general consumer ready to fly drones in the hands of uneducated public. Awareness and education of potential consequences need to be highlighted to this group as those who build their own aircraft appear to invest more time in learning the technical aspects along with the current regulations. The FPV clubs I have been a part of are a well informed group who take time and dedicate into maintaining safety as we have invested heavily financially into a hobby we wish to protect from dire regulation. I believe the regulations should stay as is, however any misuse/carelessness resulting in injury or damage should be dealt with most heavily to deter any others who may follow suit.”
