“I’ve flown radio control for 20 years. I have never seen, or been involved with a safety issue involved with full scale aviation. I believe that the FAA is doing this to pave the way for commercial delivery services. This is where the regulations should lie. Beyond line of site I totally agree and understand the need for regulatory requirements, but for modelers that have almost a hundred years of safe operation, these regulations seem overbearing and not needed.”
