“The hobby was introduced to me by a neighbor, something I always wanted to participate in but didnt know anything about it or thought I could afford. He introduced me to a group from our surrounding area who collectively work together to help one another and introduce more to the hobby. Its something that brings community together, provides a hobby to kids, passing down the knowledge. We fly in local parks, and are very receptive and conscious of the local ordinances, and FAA rules and regulations. I feel more limitations and regulations will greatly impact the hobby, making it only available to a small portion of extremely passionate people of the hobby. For someone like myself, it will remove it as a hobby.”
