“I’m not trying to convince anyone to allow me to fly quadcopters or why it is a good idea. I am an American tax paying citizen. There is no data to support that this activity is any more dangerous than 1,000 other legal things. Unless there is data that can show how hobbyist drone flying is creating a dangerous situation, that is so extreme that it requires additional changes to the law . I would respectfully ask for my current freedoms to be left intact and any issues to be handled on a case to case basis as it has always worked previously.”
