“I believe that these restrictions would utterly destroy this hobby and make it impossible to be about to complete with our ne’er peer threats, it is in these “fringe” hobbies that children can start young and eventually innovative later as they develop skills. The current proposal would set the innital barrier to entry much higher and would prevent many people from entering and eventually making improvements that will cascade into other industries.”
