“I just started flying, and although I live in Norway this will inevitably have an effect on me too. Because US regulations gets copied here in Norway many times, especially when they pertain to technology. We barely have any flying clubs and fields here because the flying hobby is not very common here. And although these regulations would probably get modified here in Norway they could kill flying here. These regulations feel like an knee jerk reaction to me. Because I have not heard about any plane/drone/helicopter related safety issues, neither here or in the US that would warrant this strict an reaction. The US have to remember that they influence other countries too.”
