“Most of the people I know comply with present rules and restrictions at present.However there are some people that don’t use self discipline and I don’t think they will if additional rules are added.These are the people that shouldn’t have a remote flying aircraft to begin with.Those are the people responsible that have brought this hobby to this point that we’re discussing restrictions.I’ve been flying for 50 years without a single mishap that would endanger property or life.Goverment can’t control people with guns,and we have laws and regulations and restrictions.I think educating the public along with some kind of safety test may help.People drive without license,drunk,reckless,all the rules in the world can not stop them.”
