“I am a small business owner that sells RC planes and small drones, we are located in a rural community with only one CBO near us, The club frowns on smaller planes especially foam planes, club fees are expensive and the social atmosphere is not what we like to be a part of.. We have a few very good flying areas on private property, close, safe and away from all safety concerning areas. The proposed changes would severely damage my livelihood and our small community of rc plane flyers. The FAA need to consider that small foam electric planes under 40 inch wingspan are not grouped in this larger heavier gas and jet planes group.. Danger potential should be gauged by speed and mass potentials.”
