“My Father was a combat pilot during WWII, Korea and Vietnam. I didn’t take that path, but aviation has always been in my blood. There is nothing better for a man than building something, the tactile feel, the smells, the labor. Combine that with the camaraderie of spending the day amongst friends and enjoying a hobby safely. I absolutely love this hobby, and it seems the FAA is doing everything it can to take it away from me. Golf sucks… I won’t do it. Give me my sticks, my planes, and my friends and let me have some fun. I never got anywhere near another manned aircraft while flying an r/c airplane, and never will.”
