“Flying fpv above my private 5 acres, and NEVER over my neighbors lands, has been bringing my family, friends and I a great deal of joy, learning, patients, fun, and amazing experiences of flying like a bird. I have been doing this safely for a few years and am causing no harm to anyone. The rules will not stop people who want to do bad things, they will do bad things. The rules will completely ruin our abilities to fly over our own land ( usually low between the trees). Please consider that the rules will not stop the bad people from being that way, but all the law abiding adults and children will lose this valuable learning experience.”
