“Regulations should only apply to RTF Quadcopters with GPS, such as those so called pilots that head to Best Buy and buys a DJI or similar without any education or flight experience. These are the pilots that are destroying the hobby by flying over highways or in restricted airspace. Those of us that spend time leaning how to fly, scratch build and the safety aspect of the hobby should not be affected by these regulation in the same way as GPS controller Quads.”
