“I have been building and flying aircraft for 7 years and I have around 20 aircraft. Most are small (less than 2 lb) foam airplanes of various types. I fly the bigger ones at a park used by an AMA club and the smaller ones at local schoolyards and other nearby locations. Nearly all of my planes are built by me; some are also designed by me. My biggest issue with the NPRM is that building and flying models will eventually be an illegal activity, which will take most of the fun out of this activity.”
