“I am an instructor at a University, amateur pilot and dad. There are significant hurdles to getting people excited about learning, especially in STEM. The rapid advances in light electric flight have significantly reduced many barriers to entry for people to experiment with flight and become passionate about learning in the process. Increasing barriers for people to inexpensively build and to locally fly small, line of sight models would be a significant loss.”
