“RC flying has been a great way to relax and hang out with friends. I have met many new friends through the hobby and have concerns with negative impacts to a hobby that is already struggling. I understand the concerns that are trying to be addressed with all of these regulations, but when it comes down to it if someone wants to do something dangerous or illegal that person simply won’t follow the rules. So these regulations will negatively impact those of us that have been safely flying for a long time, and likely not impact the activities that they are trying to address.”
