“I started flying Model aircraft when I was 8 years old that stared my interest in aviation after High school I attended Embrey Riddle and became a commercial pilot, I had a 40 year career in commercial aviation, I am know retired and back flying rc aircraft and trying to encourage young people to get into aviation. I belive that remote ID will severely damage the RC hobby. I think that the lanc system would work when not flying at CBO flying fields. I also think that it would impact the High school and College Stem programs. The FAA does allow light sport aircraft to fly with no remote ID above 400ft so small hobby aircraft below 400ft in uncontrolled air space should not be a problem. Thank you”
