“It matters to me because it’s one of the last true bastions of freedom in this country. The proposed rule puts my freedom, privacy and personal well being at harm. Publicly available knowledge of the position of my aircraft and my person puts me in danger of bad actors taking advantage of the system to rob or do me or my craft harm. I’m flying to attain a bit of life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. The proposed rules are the antithesis to those goals, goals which the Constitution promised.”
