“I built my first balsa trainer ( skyward 40) when I was a teenager. Building that inspired me to get into aviation as a career, and I am now an licensed AME ( aircraft maintenance engineer) I still fly mostly fpv quadcopters. I live in canada so I’m concerned we will adopt these rules eventually. I would love to be able to fly freely with my son when he get a little older as he has already taken a big interest in my quads and airplanes, watching me fly.”
