“I am an United States Air Force retired Lt/Col and I flew as an air navigator. I started building model airplanes as a young boy and have flown control line and radio controlled aircraft for six decades. I recently started flying quad-copters. For several years I have been a member of the AMA and a member of an AMA local club. I have flown at a halfdozen AMA club fields in the last two years. These fields are relatively remote and do not have internet capabilities and have poor cell phone connections. The clubs all take flying safety seriously and I do not think that we need more FAA rules to fly at ANA club fields.”
