“I fly all the time in what would be considered shielded operations in class d and class e airspace without authorization from the local airport because no manned aircraft are flying under the canopy of the 150′ trees on my property, this nprm would ban me from flying on my own property. Even requiring me to get authorization to fly in my driveway at 50′ is ridiculous as i am not visible from above in any way.”
