“Being able to go to a local park and fly in an open people free space is priceless. All of my builds are from scratch and intended to be flown at a large open space like parks or private land. The local flying field is more than 1.5 hours away and limits my ability to fly with family. Aviation has been part of my life and I wish to pass that along to my kids. More regulation for flying in a “small space” is over the top. Being properly trained and going through safety checks is done regularly at each fight. That is all part of the culture that is already present in the remote control airplane hobby. Keep the skies “free””
