“I fly for my schools film class, These new restrictions would require me to put more money in to either a remote id kit or an entire new drone to meet the requirements, I do not have the capability of the funds to purchase more/new equipment just to film small short videos in which I and my class make no profit. Adding the requirement to have a WiFi or cellular connection would not be possible for me at most if not all of my filming location because the is a lack if WiFi or cellular coverage in my area, and with the increase in cost for data in my are and the severely lacking speeds I don’t think the little connection I can get would even be adequate for the data transmission.”
