“Flying RC planes began as a bonding experience between my father and I more than 20 years ago. As I grew up and watched the innovation and development of the hobby- building and flying FPV quadcopters became a release and an entry for my children to become interested and involved with STEM. The amount of planning, building, tinkering, and testing that the hobby requires is truly a commitment to bettering and expanding knowledge and know how in a multitude of disciplines from basic mechanics to programming. The heart of the hobby lies in the building and testing of different configurations. FPV Flying has become a part of expression, stress release, and bonding for me and my children.”
