As a member you can expect to receive monthly emails with rewards for your membership. The membership that you are agreeing to will be charged on a yearly basis. The rights and privileges associated with your membership are reserved and subject to change without notice, although the FTCA we be diligent in notifying its membership when able.

The Company, Flite Test Community Association (the “Company” or “FTCA”) is committed to protecting your privacy. FTCA has prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you our practices regarding the personal information we collect from users of our Site located at www.ftca.flitest.com (our “Site”). This Privacy Policy, along with our Children’s Privacy Policy, are incorporated into, and considered part of, the Company’s Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms and Conditions”) available at the Site. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in Terms and Conditions.
1. A Note about Children. We may gather personal information, such as first and last name and/or e-mail address, of visitors who are under the age of 13 only with the consent of their legal guardians (or their schools/teachers on their guardian’s behalf). 2.1 Information You Provide. We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Site. We collect personal information you provide to us. For example, we may collect your first and last name and email address when you register for an Account. 6. Changes to Personal Data. You may change any of your personal information associated with your Account as set forth on the Site or by contacting us, as set forth below. You may request deletion of your personal information by us, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
7. Security of Your Personal Data. We take reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no one can create a completely secure website, app or service and, as such, third parties may unlawfully intercept, steal or access transmissions or private communications. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of Personal Information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Information, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to deactivate your Account with us.
