“Being relatively new to the hobby and in a younger demographic I do not have the resources that some enthusiasts might have and be willing to put into this hobby. Examples of this could include joining a flying club or having a 45 minute commute, one way, to the nearest flying field. With that amount of resistance to continue a new hobby I would probably drop it rather than continue. These regulations do not make any sense for the people who are in a similar position to me and who have means such as a personally owned 3 acre pasture that is surrounded by farmland that I would consider an acceptable area to fly.”
