“I got into the hobby when DIY drones started becoming mainstream in 2014. Since then I’ve built over 20 of them and have introduced it to my children. It has been a great way to introduce the love of flight and teach them basic skills that will help them be more self reliant in the future. These skills include basic electronics knowledge, troubleshooting skills, hand eye coordination, and a plethora of other soft skills. It’s not only a hobby but can and should be used to spark the imaginations of future generations.”
