“I have loved flying since I was a very young child, but manned aircraft have never been financially viable, so radio control has fulfilled that role for me. I have always flown safely, and I always will, but my budget is limited, so I can’t afford ongoing costs for CBO memberships, flying field memberships, all new equipment, USS subscriptions, and additional data plan charges. So if these become required to fly, I will be unable to comply with them.”
