“The hobby affords the freedom to explore one’s surroundings. There absolutely are privacy concerns that need to be addressed in a manner that satisfies the public and yet allows for the hobby to continue and grow in urban and suburban areas. I feel there should be additional education required but to what extent still requires further definition. Overburdensome regulations will stifle the drone hobby and smaller commercial operators.”
